View CCleaner Network application logs
- In the Management Console, select Tools, and then select Console Options.
- On the Debug tab, select View Management Console log or View Management Services logs.
Submit a diagnostic report to Technical Support
- In the Management Console, select Tools, and then select Console Options.
- On the Debug tab, select Create diagnostic report.
- Select Submit to Piriform Support.
- Fill out the Diagnostic report form, and then select OK.
